Living
half a world apart, Ann and Liv are forced to do most of their
pre-expedition training on their own. The necessity for team
training is very important. Some of the more obvious reasons
for this are equipment testing and on-ice simulation, team interaction,
and general day-to-day activity familiarity training.
Liv and Ann have planned three training trips prior to the expedition.
