interacting with the locals

One thing that we’ve been incredibly blessed with are our interactions with the locals. Seeing the issue of water through their perspective and bringing them ours has been a powerful way to join forces in our awareness for the importance of water. Not to mention, we’ve been able to learn so much about their culture, and its impact on water and livelihood. As gifts, we give small waterbottles filled with water straight from the Ganges. We all packed into a temple and sprinkled this water on a god on a stone in the middle.

We’ve been so fortunate to be able to be a part of this journey. The people of India are amazing and have brought so much joy to our daily excursions. In this video, our smiles and laughter as we’re dancing with the locals exemplify how happy we are to be able to be on this journey and share the importance of water in India.
